How Full is your Bucket? Part 2

This section is how positive interactions can help productivity, safety, loyalty, and colleague relations.  Having positive interactions will make the working environment more pleasant for the employee and the customer.  Having positive interactions will make you feel better and the person you are encouraging.

Negativity will cause people to have health problems and be counterproductive.  This negativity also will cost organizations a lot of money.  Within our culture, we tend to focus more on what needs to be improved rather than praise on what was do well.

I will focus more on being positive since there could be more encouraging results.  I know when you feel your best you will perform better.  Again, I will try to focus on what I say and try to focus more on the positive than the negative.
